Nationally Recognized Green Living & Wellness Expert, and Breakthrough Coach
My Turning Point
We help people create lasting and ongoing transformation. My Turning Point is founded and operated by Amy Todisco, a nationally-recognized green living & wellness expert, coach, and changemaker. With over 35 years of personal & spiritual growth research, Amy has channeled her personal and professional learning to create a living change lab, housed at her organic farm in Vermont.
Amy's own journey led her to learn some of her core lessons from the earth itself --and that's the spirit and style in which My Turning Point operates. Using enduring lessons from the earth and nature, and applying them to human change and triumph.
Amy's work has positively impacted the lives of people seeking a turning point, entrepreneurs, empty nesters, those in career and relationship transitions, and even veterans dealing with PTSD and the realities of readjusting to civilian life.
She's a catalyst for positive change wherever she focuses her attention. Often it's working with solo retreat goers, couples seeking renewal, and small groups trying to improve their leadership abilities and communication style. Amy's clarity and deep listening skills allow her to see into a person's best authentic self and the situation presented with lightening speed. She has an ability to gently communicate her observations and insights in order to bring consciousness and awareness to those she works with. People who are committed to their own personal and spiritual development and seek big positive changes in their life are her favorite clients to work with.
In her own words...
I was a former NYC private school girl who always wanted to live on a Vermont organic farm. I made that dream come true over 8 years ago.
Despite my city upbringing, I was living a green life long before it became trendy. Organic food was a staple in our house. I even worked at a couple of health food stores where I became well versed with vitamins, supplements, juice fasting, and more.
For the past 20+ years, I've advised, inspired, and encouraged clients to adopt a Green Living plan for their lives—eat organic whole foods; replace toxic cleaning, body care, and household products with safer, truly natural ones; become energy and water efficient; and how to introduce children to this way of life too.
In addition to my passion for green living, I've also been on a spiritual and personal growth path beginning with the very popular 1970's personal growth program called est, where I realized my life purpose of making a difference in other people's lives as a Transformation Cataylst. I became a certified life coach and massage/energy healer. I've been gardening organically for most of my adult life and have lived on an organic farm in Vermont for the past almost 7 years. I've always been naturally drawn into leadership positions (and even graduated from the Rockwood Leadership Institute.)
I've taken all of my experiences over the years and distilled them into organic farm based, healing and wellness retreats for people seeking a profound shift in their lives. Sharing all of this is my passion!
